A continuación, algunos de los Beneficios de la Membresía de DAAA
1) A través de DAAA, los Arquitectos latinos pueden validar sus diplomas de Arquitectura, y ejercer en los Estados Unidos de América.
2) Para el 2022, DAAA ofrecerá a sus miembros cursos de Postgrados: Maestrías y Educación continua.
3) Los miembros de DAAA están autorizados a usar nuestro Logo al lado de su nombre en firmas comerciales.
El Logo de la DAAA representa la categoría y prestigio del miembro. Es, además, un signo de profesionalismo y alto nivel empresarial.
4) El pago de la membresía incluye la tarjeta de Presentación del miembro con el nombre, logo y correo electrónico de DAAA; nombre, teléfono y correo electrónico personal del miembro.
Las tarjetas de presentación son muy valiosas porque muestran los datos más importantes de la persona, negocio y función que desempeña su portador. Una pequeña y simple tarjeta muestra en síntesis quien eres. A través de la misma, te conviertes en una persona confiable, por tanto, puedes tener más éxito en tus negocios y, a la vez, crear muchas relaciones sociales. 5) Los miembros tendrán acceso a los seminarios de DAAA, sin costo.
Todos los miembros de DAAA tienen acceso a los seminarios y eventos presentados mensualmente en esta entidad, sin costo. Es nuestro deber mantener actualizados a todos nuestros arquitectos.
6) Tenemos paquetes de contratos estandarizados, para establecer proyectos legales con sus clientes.
Un contrato entre el arquitecto o la empresa que representa formaliza el convenio entre ambas partes. Es un documento legal inviolable, después de estar firmado por los participantes. DAAA proporciona a sus miembros los contratos necesarios para iniciar sus obras de diseños y construcción.
Este documento simplifica el proceso de tramitación entre cliente y arquitecto, especificando la suma de los gastos y el costo del trabajo. DAAA simplifica tu trabajo ayudándote, en todo lo posible para esta entidad, a trabajar de forma legal y profesionalmente.
7) Ayudamos a los extranjeros a revalidar sus licencias de Arquitectos para trabajar en USA, proporcionándoles todas las herramientas necesarias para dicha revalidación.
Todos los miembros que deseen trabajar en USA tendrán la oportunidad de validar sus licencias de Arquitectos. Deberán llenar los requisitos necesarios para ser profesionales calificados para ejercer la práctica internacional. DAAA está trabajando para simplificar este proceso a sus miembros.
8) Tenemos concursos de Proyectos, de Honores y Premios, que se les otorgan a los ganadores.
DAAA realiza cada año concursos entre sus miembros de Honores y Premios. Los concursos de Honores rinden homenaje al ganador con ceremonias donde se les otorga Placas y distintivos de la DAAA.
Los concursos de Premios son aquellos, donde el ganador recibe galardones en dinero y viajes. En ambos casos, DAAA tendrá la participación de distinguidos profesionales de la Arquitectura quienes serán los jurados y decidirán quién es el triunfador.
También, DAAA rinde tributo a obras arquitectónicas destacadas.
9) Todos los miembros recibirán descuentos en los precios de los artículos de construcción, de las principales ferreterías de USA, para hacer sus compras comerciales.
Todos los profesionales de la Arquitectura necesitan herramientas para sus labores comerciales. Los arquitectos contratistas requieren de materiales de construcción para sus obras. DAAA piensa en todas las formas de ayudar a sus miembros a ejercer de su carrera profesional.
10) Todos los miembros recibirán descuentos en pasajes aéreos locales e internacionales para asistir a nuestros eventos.
Cada año nos reunimos para asistir a nuestros eventos. Debido a eso, DAAA ha firmado un acuerdo con las principales compañías aéreas para facilitar a nuestros miembros la compra de sus pasajes. Podrán adquirirlos a bajos precios. Entre las líneas aéreas se encuentran: American Airlines, Jet Blue, Iberia, Delta Air Lines, y otras más.
11) Todos los miembros recibirán descuentos en Hoteles de 4 y 5 estrellas de USA, para asistir a nuestros eventos.
Como parte del paquete, hemos incluido rebajas en las tarifas de los hoteles de Miami y parte del Sur de la Florida. Esos bajos precios facilitan a nuestros miembros, su traslado y alojamiento. Además, el personal de estos hoteles brindará a nuestros miembros un trato especial, como parte de nuestro acuerdo.
12) Los miembros extranjeros que no tienen visa americana para viajar a USA, y desean participar en nuestros eventos, DAAA les proporcionará una carta de invitación notarizada que podrán presentar en el consulado (puede ser una Embajada) de los Estados Unidos de América, USA. Si recibimos una llamada de alguna de esas entidades, nosotros certificaremos la validez de la carta que hemos emitido.

1) DAAA members are encouraged to use our Logo next to their name in commercial firms.
The DAAA Logo represents the category and prestige of the member. It is also, a sign of professionalism and high business level.
2) Membership payment includes the member’s Business Card with the DAAA name, logo and email; name, phone and personal email of the member.
Business cards are very valuable because they show the most important data of the person, business and function played by their bearer. A small and simple card shows in summary who you are. Through it, you become a reliable person, therefore, you can be more successful in your business and, at the same time, create many social relationships.
The personalized card creates the first contact between the professional and the client. The benefits are incalculable, when you own a business card from a prestigious international association. The DAAA thinks of you and helps you grow as an Architecture professional.
3) Members will have access to DAAA seminars and events, free of charge.
All DAAA members have access to the seminars and events presented monthly in this entity, at no cost. Our duty is to keep all our architects up to date.
4) We have standardized contract packages, to establish legal projects with your clients.
A contract between the architect or the company he represents formalizes the agreement between both parties. It is an inviolable legal document, after being signed by the participants. DAAA provides its members with the necessary contracts to begin their design and construction work.
This document simplifies the processing process between client and architect, specifying the sum of the expenses and the cost of the work. DAAA simplifies your work by helping you, as much as possible for this entity, to work legally and professionally.
5) We help foreigners to revalidate their Licenses of Architects to work in the USA by providing them with all the necessary tools for such revalidation.
All members who wish to work in the USA will have the opportunity to validate their Architects licenses. They must meet the necessary requirements to be qualified professionals to practice international practice. DAAA is working to simplify this process for its members.
6) We have contests of Projects, some of Honors and others of Prizes, which are awarded to the winners.
DAAA holds contests each year among its Honors and Awards members. Honors contests honor the winner with ceremonies where they are awarded DAAA Plaques and Badges.
Prize contests are those, where the winner receives prizes in money and travel. In both cases, DAAA will have the participation of distinguished professionals of Architecture who will be the jurors and will decide who is the winner.
Also, DAAA pays tribute to outstanding architectural works.
7) All members will receive discounts at the main hardware stores in the USA, to make their commercial purchases.
All of architecture professionals need tools for their commercial work. Contractor architects require building materials to do their jobs. DAAA thinks of all the ways to help its members exercise their professional career.
8) All members will receive discounts on local and international airfare to attend our events.
Every year we meet to attend our events. Because of that, DAAA has signed an agreement with major airlines to make it easier for our members to purchase their tickets. They will be able to acquire them at low prices. Among the airlines are: American Airlines, Jet Blue, Iberia, Delta Air Line, and others.
9) All members will receive discounts at 4 star and 5 star hotels in the USA to attend our events.
As part of this package, also, we have included hotel rate reductions in Miami and part of South Florida. These low prices make it easy for our members, their transfer and accommodation. In addition, the staff of these hotels will provide our members with special treatment, as part of our agreement.
10) Foreign members who do not have an American visa to travel to the USA, and wish to participate in our events, DAAA will provide them with a notarized invitation letter that they can present at the consulate (it can be an USA Embassy) of the United States of America. When we receive a call from any of these entities, we will certify the validity of the letter we have issued.
